SAQR Program
What is SAQR program?
The SAQR Program (Safety and Quality for Residents) is a national initiative developed by the Quality Assurance Division at the Department of Postgraduate Education (DPE).
It is designed to engage residents in quality improvement and patient safety practices across healthcare settings.
At MNGHA-CR, the Clinical Pharmacy Residency Program integrates SAQR as a structured component to provide educational activities, quality improvement projects, research, and participation in safety-related committees.
How SAQR Program Works
The SAQR Program is delivered through themed modules released every 1–2 months. Each theme focuses on a specific area of safety or quality, providing residents with key concepts, real-world examples, and practical tools.
