Dr. Numan Al-Abdan

Dr. Alabdan earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) in Memphis, TN, USA (2014) and a Master of Medical Education from King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (2010). He also completed a Post Graduate Year-1 Residency in Nephrology at Methodist University Hospital/UTHSC (2015). He holds an administrative role as the Assistant Director of Pharmaceutical Care Services at King Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC-Riyadh) (since 2022). Clinically, he is a Consultant Clinical Pharmacist, and academically, he is a Joint appointed Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) (since 2015). Research and Education Experience: As an Assistant Professor with a Master's in Medical Education, he is dedicated to pharmacy education. His research is concentrated on nephrology and pharmacotherapy, covering topics such as acute kidney injury (AKI), warfarin dosing in chronic kidney disease, and hyperkalemia management.
