Dr. Hind Al-Modaimegh

Dr. Hind S. Almodaimegh is a highly accomplished Clinical Pharmacist whose education includes a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy (2004) and a Master of Medical Education from King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (2021). Her specialty within clinical pharmacy is concentrated in Cardiology, holding an Added Qualification in Cardiology from the Pharmacotherapy Specialty Board Certification (2014) in addition to her Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) designation. Her current professional positions include Formulary Management Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at King Abdulaziz Medical City (October 2024–Present) and a Joint Appointed Associate Professor at the College of Pharmacy, King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (September 2018–Present). Her extensive research and education experience is focused on optimizing therapeutic agents for cardiovascular disease, investigating variability in response, and medical education research related to learning outcomes and student experience. She actively involves young healthcare workers in ongoing research projects, serves as a preceptor/mentor for the Specialized Cardiology residency and various clinical rotations, and has held academic administrative roles, including Associate Dean and Assistant Dean, at the College of Pharmacy.
